Your club secretaries/delegates have been invited to an EGM to be held on the above date and time.
This EGM is to discuss proposals affecting the 2022 league season, which resulted from an extensive survey of clubs that was reported on at the AGM in January.
In short, the WWCBA Management Committee propose to alter the number of players in a team competing in the Warwick & Worcester County League (WWCL) from 12 to 10 and the consequential changes to the existing rules.
We will also inaugurate the Warwick & Worcester Birmingham League (WWBL) which will commence play at 12.00pm and consist of teams of 8 players. Please see attachment WWBL Final Communication and WWBL rules for more details.
We will also take this opportunity to ratify The WWCBA Association Bye Laws.
All relevant paperwork in regards to this meeting have been despatched to the club secretaries or delegates.
There is a £20 fine for any club not represented.
We trust that all club representatives will attend this historically vital meeting.
