The draw was done on Monday 15th August, by delegates from Derbyshire, North Midlands, Potteries & District, Staffordshire and Warwick & Worcester, along with the Secretary & Chairman of Pennfields Bowling Club.

Competition starts at 10am, qualifiers will be notified of staggered start times prior to the competition.
Games in blue are on Green 1 and yellow on Green 2, all games from quarter-finals onwards will be played on Green 1.
